With the distinctive Siemens design using glass and chrome lines, our hoods systems create a design statement that seamlessly harmonizes with other Siemens appliances. Whether wall-mounted, hung over an island, integrated into a hob or hidden in the counter, our range of ventilation systems gives you creative freedom. All Siemens cooker hoods provide a powerful performance.
The Siemens inductionAir system is designed with an understanding of the modern kitchen concept: cooktop and ventilation blend into one extraordinary unit to allow an even greater aesthetic and cooking experience. While the technology is sophisticated, the clear-lined design is timelessly modern and the intuitive cooktop ventilation easy to use. The Siemens inductionAir system offers endless possibilities. Built compactly under the counter, it frees up space normally taken up by a wall or ceiling hood, allowing a kitchen to blend seamlessly into other living spaces. It also leaves normal storage room for kitchen equipment. The inductionAir system is suited for both ducted and recirculation ventilation systems.
Siemens table ventilation units are the ideal alternative to the classical extractor hood, because they are basically invisible until needed. This high-tech ventilation hood stays hidden in the counter behind the cooktop, appearing only when you want it – use touchControl to run the table ventilation unit up and turn it on. The high-end, attractive glass and stainless steel extractor pulls fumes right in. And with an extraction rate of up to 750 m3 per hour, it quickly and effectively clears the air in your kitchen.
The innovative LED light extends unobtrusively over the entire length of the table ventilation unit and directs its light right onto your cooktop or cooking island for a great view of what you're doing.
The iQdrive motor
The motor in the wide range of hoods is unrivalled when it comes to power. The high-performance iQdrive motor is always on the job to remove unpleasant kitchen vapours, and is remarkably quiet while maintaining a high airflow. Also very impressive: Its durable quality and remarkably low power consumption.
Real suction power
Your chosen hood must have the ideal power level to effectively remove moisture and cooking odour from your kitchen. As a rule of thumb, the hood should be able to change the air in the kitchen 10 times per hour. Here is a quick calculation you can make to check whether a hood has the right suction power fitting to your kitchen size: Firstly, calculate the volume of the kitchen (H x W x D, in metres), then multiply that figure by 10. The resulting figure is the approximate extraction rate you require.
The atmospheric lighting provides for a very pleasant kitchen ambience. When it comes to hoods, the even illumination of the cooktop is just as important as colouring that is neutral and pleasant. The new hoods from Siemens are equipped with state-of-the-art LED lighting and meet these requirements brilliantly.
Automatically adapts the power level to match the density of vapours. The manual control is also designed to be highly intuitive and allows you to increase the power with the boost function.
