1. The price for the Extended Warranty (EW) and Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) must be paid in advance. The mode of payment shall be digital. CASH SHOULD NEVER BE PAID TO ANYONE.

4. The terms and conditions of Extended Warranty and AMC is subject to jurisdiction of Mumbai.
5. To purchase an Extended Warranty (EW), the appliance should be within 3 months from the purchase date of the appliance.
6. To purchase an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC), the appliance must be within 6 years of the manufacturer's warranty expiration from the date of purchase.
7. BSH Authorized Technicians will check the appliance, and the appliance should meet the operational standards before offering the AMC to the customers for the appliance.
8. EW & AMC will be issued subject to correct entry of date of purchase, model (VIB), FD, and Consecutive number with reference to purchase invoice & Appliance rating plate image.
9. BSH reserves the right to extend, terminate, change & modify the offer, or offer parameters as per its discretion.
