Ingredients:

  • Raw Okra 250 grams.
  • Salt 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tsp
  • Coriander seed powder 2 tbsp
  • Dry mango powder 2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder
  • Gram flour 2 tbsp
  • Mustard oil 2 tbsp

Procedure:

1. Remove the tail and head of okras and slit vertically into four parts

2. In a bowl mix the okra with all the rest of the ingredients.

3. Spread the Coated Okra on the Air fryer Tray evenly.

4. Pre-heat the Oven on Air fry Function At 160 degrees celsius.

5. Place the tray in the oven for 15 - 17 minutes or until crispy.
