Ingredients
- 500g minced mutton
- ½ tsp brown onion paste
- 1 tbsp fried cashew paste
- 2 Tbsp ghee
- Salt according to taste
- ½ tbsp ginger garlic juice
- 1 tbsp raw papaya paste (with skin)
- 1 tbsp galawat masala
- ½ tsp kewra water
- ½ tsp rose water
- Pinch of red chilli powder
- Sprinkle of ghee
- Sprinkle of milk
- 1 ½ tbsp roasted gram flour
Procedure
1. Take the minced mutton & grind in mixer grinder, galawat masala, ginger garlic juice, raw papaya pastes, kewra water, rose water, brown onion paste, cashew paste, ghee, milk, roasted gram flour, salt and mix it well.
2. Let meat marinate for 2 hours or refrigerate overnight.
3. Pre-heat oven 200 degree Celsius in the Hot Air Grilling function .
4. Take a baking tray brush with ghee, now start giving the marinated meat into a kebab shape place it on a baking tray.
5. Keep the tray on level 3 and cook for 20 minutes.
6. Your kebab is ready, serve it with onion rings and green chutney.
