Ingredients

  • 500 g boneless chicken (breast or thigh), boiled & shredded or minced
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 tbsp fresh cream
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1–2 green chilies, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves
  • ½ tsp black pepper powder
  • ½ tsp garam masala
  • 1 tbsp hung curd
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 egg (optional, for binding)
  • Oil

Procedure

1. Slit chicken boneless in two pieces, with the help of roller make it flat.

2. Marinate with hung curd, ginger garlic paste, finely chopped green chilli, black pepper powder, garam masala, coriander leaves, eggs (optional) &1tbsp oil.

3. Let it rest for 2 hours preferably in refrigerator.

4. For stuffing, in a bowl add mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, ½ tbsp of cream cheese, finely chopped green chilli, coriander and salt.

5. Now take marinated chicken spread mixture evenly and roll it over.

6. Pre heat oven on 230 degrees Celsius.

7. Put chicken piece on grill tray with baking tray beneath that, brush it with some oil or butter. (you can also use satay sticks to make it hold)

8. Cook it for 15-20 minutes on level 3 with added steam level 1.

9. Serve it with mint & coriander chutney.
