Ingredients For the Tikki Mixture:
- 4 large potatoes (Steamed for 15 mins in steam oven, peeled, mashed)
- 2 tbsp corn flour or rice flour
- 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
- ½ tsp red chili powder
- ½ tsp chaat masala
- 1 tsp salt (or to taste)
- 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander
- 1 finely chopped green chili
For the Stuffing:
- ½ cup paneer (crumbled)
- 2 tbsp finely chopped onions
- 1 tbsp raisins
- 1 tbsp chopped cashews
- ½ tsp garam masala
- Pinch salt
- 1 tbsp chopped coriander
For the Chaat Topping:
- Thick yogurt
- Tamarind chutney
- Green chutney
- Finely chopped onions
- Sev
- Pomogranade
- Chaat masala
- Chopped coriander
Procedure
1. For Tikki mix all the ingredients mentioned above and keep it aside. (you can add more corn flour or rice flour if there’s still moist)
2. Repeat the same process for stuffings as well.
3. Now for stuffing take potato mixture flatten it and place the stuffing in center cover it with another flatten potato mixture from top and make round. (Brush it with oil so it becomes more golden brown)
4. Pre heat oven on 200 degree Celsius on Air fry mode.
5. Cook it for 18-20 minutes, flip in 10-12 minutes.
6. For assembling place 2 tikkis in plate cover it 2 spoonful curd, tamarind chutney, green chutney, chopped onion, Sev, pomegranate, chopped coriander & chaat masala.
7. Serve immediately while tikki is hot.
