  • Effective from 1st January 2026.

  • The above charges are inclusive of GST.

  • BSH reserves the rights to change & modify the above customer service charges as per its discretion.

  • We repair all Siemens small domestic appliances, appliance age doesn't matter.

  • In some cases, a repair may not be possible or recommended. If this happens, we can offer you compensation options.

  • We always use original spare parts.

  • Spare parts availability for up to 10 years**.

Our customer service team is ready to assist you to organize a repair for your Siemens home appliance. We will kindly request the appliance data e.g. model number (E-Nr.), FD and Z-Nr. of your appliance, in case of a warranty claim we will ask for the purchase date.
